A boom the length of the vessel would be an added expense but would  assist in rapidly containing the spill until the skimmer clean-up vessels arrive.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Such a spill response system under ideal weather conditions like the Cosco Busan incident would of been ideal.&lt;/p&gt;</description><dc:creator xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">John Astad</dc:creator><pubDate>Fri, 07 Dec 2007 11:53:51 -0000</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
