  • They are called 10 point dividers. We used to use them a long time ago for LORAN-C TD plotting (instead of the now familiar card).
  • And yep, I know they actually have 11 points, but none-the-less, for some reason they are called 10 point dividers.
  • YES, they are 10-point dividers. So what can we use them for these post-loran days??
  • Some charts only have degree, minute & seconds markings. With these dividers you can mark in thenths of a degree which most people find easier to plot.
