EarthNC &lt;a href="http://earthnc.com/" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" title="http://earthnc.com/"&gt;http://earthnc.com/&lt;/a&gt; now has NOAA charts available which can be overlayed on the geospatioal imagery of Google Earth.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;ECDIS is now evolving into a complete maritime Geographical  Information System  (GIS) with the inclusion of real time weather data.
