This is the second time that Norwegian Cruise Line has bee involved in the illegal scrapping of a vessel that has not been decontaminated.

Look at it this way - if NCL's content to have barefoot Indians cut these liners up by hand and dump all contaminated materials into the ocean- - - do you think they care about your safety as a passenger? It's all about the $ with this company.

The ship is on her way for scrapping. According to International Law, the ship must first be decontaminated by a qualified and prepared shipyard, before it can head for a "lesser devolped" country like India

None of these steps have been taken. Which means her owners are breaking International Law. To avoid being tangled up in a court case, Hawaii refused to allow the ship to enter its waters, if it had allowed her to enter, they would be in violation of those laws.

Hence why they will not allow it.

Although our ultimate goal is t see the ship preserved as a floating Hotel/Museum/Whatever else will fit inside, possibly in Honolulu, this is a major step in preventing the Illegal scrapping of this historic ship
