Well, the bad thing is that the Oil Pollution Removal service was informed pretty late - over 1 hour after the impact.
Good thing was that they mobilized immediately much more resources than required by the state of California and did not rely on the initial information about an 55 gallon spill (which was in fact 10.000 gal)....
